Day 1 : Chennai to Gangtok
Take a morning flight from Your City. You will reach Bagdogra at 11AM. On Arrival transfer to the hotel in Gangtok. The drive will be approx 3 hrs.Check-in,Enjoy the evening and Have dinner and overnight stay at the resort.
Day 2 : Gangtok Local Sightseeing
After Breakfast, start your full day excursion to Nathula Pass & Changu Lake which is 35 Kms from Gangtok at an altitude of 12,400 feet.Then visit Baba Mandir via Mandakini waterfalls. Then return back to Gangtok by evening. Shop around at M.G Marg (On Own) & explore the city on your own. Have dinner and overnight stay at the resort.
Day 3 : Gangtok- Darjeeling 98 kms 4 hours approx
Wake up in the morning, have breakfast and check out Gangtok around 10 AM. Then start to Gangtok, this drive will be approx 4hrs and you will reach Darjeeling by 2 PM . On Arrival check-in to the resort and Explore in the evening. Have dinner and overnight stay at resort.
Day 4: Darjeeling Local sightseeing
After Breakfast at the hotel and proceed for city tour visiting Himalayan Mountaineering Institute(closed on Thursday) which was started by Tenzing Norgay after he climbed Mt. Everest, Zoological Park(closed on Thursday), Tibetan Refugee Centre(closed on Sunday), Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock and Tea Estate(from outside). Overnight at the resort. Later in the evening by 3PM go for a Steam Train ride for 2hrs. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 5 : Darjeeling Local Sightseeing
After Breakfast, start your full day excursion to Mirik, then visit Simana which is a free way Indo-Nepal border and Pashupati Market- Nepal Side. Later return back to Darjeeling.Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 6 : Flight to Chennai
Check-out the hotel around 8.30 AM, drop at the Bagdogra Airport by 2 PM to catch your return flight to Your City.
